Join a global technology business in a Business Analyst role with a strong analytics focus. You’ll work with stakeholders to uncover insights, design metrics, and drive data-informed strategies, with exposure to advanced tools and AI/ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand operations, metrics, and opportunities

• Translate data into insights through analysis, reporting, and investigation

• Design metrics, size opportunities, and measure business impact

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and support decision-making

• Contribute to requirements documentation (BRDs/PRDs) and cross-team initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 1+ year in analytics or data-focused role

• Strong SQL skills across multiple datasets

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in business/customer service environments

• Familiarity with BRDs/PRDs and engineering practices

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data analysis tools (R, Python)

• Understanding of experimental analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning
